The attention to detail is impressive, with quirky and interesting art pieces throughout the hotel, making it a truly unique experience. The rooms on the verandah off our room provided a lovely spot to relax and take in the surroundings. The continental breakfast included in the price was outstanding, and we loved hearing all about the garden and its decorations.

Looking for a hotel to spend New Year's Eve? There is an option in the rural area of South Australia that brings a little slice of France to your stay. The homely accommodation had comfortable beds and seating areas outside. You can even see the stars while going to the bathroom, which is in a separated room - a unique experience. Being just out of town, it is very quiet but accessible enough to enjoy the area. Breakfast was a surprise and an excellent opportunity to taste the delicious local produce.

The development of the garden was not yet completed. It was a little bit disappointing, as it could have been a highlight of the stay, but I can understand it takes time to create a beautiful space.

The countryside views and the peace and quiet were the best aspects of our romantic escape. the homemade breakfast was also a nice touch, especially the warm coffee and fresh croissants. We appreciated the privacy of our lodgings.

The bathroom facilities were lacking. Having to use a separate shared shower and toilet outside was not ideal for a comfortable stay.
